The Company's revenue comes from a share of the community's income, gained through the company's supported activities, as a retention funding to support further activities beneficial to the community.
Pracharath Rak Samakkee Co., Ltd., is a new structure that facilitates reresentatives from 5 sectors: Civil Servants/State sector, Private sector, Academic sector, Civil society sector and citizen sector to work together smoothly with flexible management under the legal framework and good governance,as with other general companies.

Company directors comprises of representatives from the private, academic, civil society and the citizen sectors who voluntarity work for the benefits of the community and society.
Directors should be at least 5 not exceeding 10 persons with general practiced terms of period as with other companies, i.e. 2 years in each term with directors rotation of 1 in 3.
As with other start-up companies, the legal capital requirement would be around 1-5 Million Baht in order to sufficiently cover the initial costs, such as rental, salaries and operations etc. prior to revenue in-take and being self sustainable.
Pracharth Rak Samakkee Co., Ltd. business operations is to support the community in strengthening the community's products and/or services and growing the income for households through the locality's existing agro-business, processed goods and local tourism. Pracharath Rak Samakkee Co., Ltd. will retain a certain percentage of profit-sharing from the incremental income, as agreed with the community, to fund further support activities.
There is no benchmarks on the percentage amount of profit-sharing, however the majority of the revenue should belong to the community with only a small percentage share-cuts to Pracharath Rak Samakkee Co., Ltd. to fund further supporting activities. The profit-sharing amount should be approximately 5%-10% and should not exceed 20%, depending on the agreement between each community and the company.
